Shipping policy

We primarily ship with Canada Post, please contact us if other couriers are preferred/requested.

Tracking number(s) will be sent when the package is shipped. 

Tracking of the parcel/package is the purchasers responsibility.

Shipping within Canada is complimentary, with $100 insurance coverage.  Additional insurance is the purchasers responsibility to request and pay for. 

Once the package has been dropped with the shipper/courier Rockin' Anchor Leather is no longer responsible for the package, or tracking information.

Purchaser is responsible for sending correct shipping address, returned packages will be charged for reshipping.
